A match made in heaven, by God – that is probably the best way I can describe Jaesy & Justin’s relationship. “When I was a little girl, I asked God for a husband who would put God first in his life”; that was Jaesy’s prayer, and God answered her prayers when she met Justin. Not only was he a gentleman, but he was also head-over-heels about her and certainly a man after God’s heart. “I also asked God for a man who was good looking, but not too good looking”; she cheekily added. Well, I think God never fails to deliver 🙂
The couple wrote their own vows to one another, and as I photographed the wedding ceremony, I could feel their sincerity as they looked deep into the slightly-teary eyes of one another and read each word in their vows wearing their hearts on their sleeves.
After the wedding ceremony, the couple and the bridal party headed to Taylor’s College in SS15 for a special photo shoot session, for that’s where they first met. It was an awesome shoot as they were reunited with their formal teachers and friends during college, and everyone had a lot of fun during the shoot, re-enacting a lecture hall and classroom scene. We created some impromptu story lines, one of them included getting the couple to kiss during the lecture (and getting them into trouble for not paying attention in class!). Days like these warms my heart with much joy, being able to capture such precious moments for the couple, their families, and friends.
